If you don't charge fees, how do you actually make money?
We get paid directly by Amazon. Our revenue comes from the difference between Amazon’s payout and the wholesale cost we pay you for your products. Do we have to give you exclusive rights on Amazon?
Yes. To do this the right way, we need exclusive rights on Amazon. Without it, we can’t invest in ad spend, optimize the backend, drive keyword ranking, or accurately forecast inventory because we’d be competing with multiple sellers all changing prices, content, and inventory levels. When one partner controls the channel, everything becomes stable: ads work, ranking sticks, inventory stays in stock, and your brand stays consistent. Who controls pricing and MAP?
You do. You set the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), and we follow it. In fact, we enforce it. We use our legal partners to remove unauthorized sellers who are dragging your price down. It’s your brand; we just protect it.
Who owns the Amazon content?
